Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll send you an email confirmation with the order details and a tracking number.
Of course, you can track shipping of all products within your account on visionrise.com:
Go to www.visionrise.com or any page on our website.
Login in to your account at the top menu or footer "Login" links - use the email and password you created when placing your order.
Your customer dashboard will be displayed.
Click the "Orders" button in the main menu or in the main dashboard area - all of your orders will be displayed.
Click the order you wish to track - Your Order Details will be displayed.
Click "Order History" - Your Order History will be displayed along with the current status.
Click "Shipment Tracking" link to view details of your order: location, estimated time or delivery, etc.
* Please be aware that no shipping tracking information will appear for an order until it ships from our manufacturing plant.
* Also, when clicking the shipping tracking link, you may get a response of “tracking number not found.” This occurs when the shipping notification is sent out prior to the package being scanned at the carrier’s terminal. If this happen, wait a few hours and it should then show your tracking progress.
