Warranty. For original purchaser only. VisionRise Industries LLC warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years, prorated, from the date of purchase. Damage or failure to this product due to shipping/handling, improper use or maintenance, including abuse or neglect, normal wear, accidents, alterations or modifications, poorly executed installation or unauthorized repair are specifically excluded from this warranty. No dealer, distributor, agent, representative, or other person is authorized to extend or expand this warranty.
Liability. VisionRise Industries LLC is not legally responsible for personal injury, property damage, incidental or consequential, occurring from, or in connection with, the performance, use, or misuse of this product, or any part or component of this product. VisionRise Industries LLC is further not liable for any damage occurring with regards to loss of unit, loss of use, or costs of removal, installation, or re installation. *VisionRise Industries LLC is not responsible or obligated for reimbursement, warrants or repair of products previously serviced or repaired by unauthorized individuals, businesses and any other agents or facilities.
Conditions. VisionRise Industries LLC will, upon its authorization and availability, replace or repair the defective unit or part(s) without charge, provided the original purchaser completes the following steps:
(a) Contact VisionRise Industries LLC to determine your specific prorated amount, if returning product, and obtain authorization and instructions for shipment. Contact is to be made one of two ways:
(i) Send Support Ticket via your User Account on the VisionRise Industries LLC website with a description of the problem, order number, purchaser name, address and daytime phone number;
(ii) Contact a VisionRise Industries LLC agent by phone at the number below for prorated amount and/or authorization and shipping instructions.
(b) Return the entire product to VisionRise Industries LLC at the address below. VisionRise Industries LLC is the only authorized return/repair location for this product. *
(c) Original purchaser is responsible for transportation of product, including delivery arrangements and prepayment of all shipping costs.
(d) Whether initial contact was made by website or by phone, original purchaser must send the following with the product:
(i) A letter that includes a description of the problem, order number, purchaser’s name, address and daytime phone number, and
(ii) clear and legible copy of dated proof of purchase. Products returned without prior authorization, letter with description, contact information and dated proof of purchase will not be accepted for return or replacement.
Limitations. This warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the sole remedy of the purchaser. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary depending on the state, province or country in which you reside or use the product. My wife and I have been using Visionrise Shower Filter for some time now. We as most people use treated water from our city. The necessary chemicals that are used to give us safe water are not necessarily what is best for us at the point of use. When we first began to use the filter within three days we noticed a difference in the odor of the water .The greatest change we noticed was in our hair and skin. We have never given a testimony on any product of any kind but we must on this shower filter. Both me and my wife have issues with our skin tissues and the shower filter has taken care of that. Although the difference in both of our hair is phenomenal. We can only say for people to use the shower filter and they will also give a testimony. Chrome metal attachments let me to get good grip on pipe. No leaks. Big filter. Operating the shower with the valve did take some getting use to. Rugged plastic shell. Doesn’t fall to side like other brand. Strong flow.
