General

This policy covers how VisionRise Industries treats all personal information that we collect and receive. This includes e-mail address, names, physical addresses, phone numbers, and any other information that makes you personally identifiable.

Use of Personal Information

We communicate with you via phone, email, newsletters, etc. only after you requested us to do so. We use your personal information solely for purposes agreed upon by you, provided by you voluntarily. This is always clearly explained before we ask you for any information. We only use your personal information for verification purposes, to communicate with you (newsletters, etc), and for our own research purposes (surveys, polls, etc).

Collecting Information

VisionRise Industries collects information from you at various times. For example - when you sign up for one of our newsletters and when you join our Affiliate Program.

Website Security

We use secure servers (SSL) and extra strong encryption.  Encryption is provided by GlobalSign, the same security trusted by Ford Motor Company, Microsoft, and Netflix. On our site when you see the URL change from "http://" to "https:// "  all data transmission is encrypted so any person, program, or any other entity attempting to hack/steal information cannot access the data.

Credit Card Information.

Along with the SSL website encryption provided by GlobalSign, when you place a credit card or debit card order on our website, your credit card number, expiration date, and security code, are sent in encrypted form to our credit card processor, Authorize.net ( a Visa Company). This means it cannot be read over the internet. It also means that if someone is intercepting your internet traffic, the card number is scrambled (unreadable)  and can only be read by Authorize.net.

Unsubscribing

You have the option to immediately unsubscribe from any e-mail newsletter that is sent to you from us. This is made possible by convenient unsubscribe links in every e-mail newsletter. Our unsubscribe system is automated with a reliable third party system, so there is never any risk of your unsubscribe requests being overlooked or forgotten.

Sharing Information

We do not sell, rent, give away, or loan any personal information that you give us. This includes, but is not limited to your name, address, phone number, email address, and product preferences. The only exception to this rule is when we receive your permission beforehand or in very exceptional circumstances, such as being required to do so by law or court order.

Cookies

We may use internet cookies at times, but only to benefit you, not to spy on you. We generally only use cookies to allow subscribers to store passwords and for affiliate tracking of our Affiliate Program. We do not develop profiles of our visitors from information collected from cookies.

Confidentiality and Security

We store all of your personal information in a highly secure manner. We either store your personal information in browser inaccessible internet locations or offline in secure locations. We have sophisticated electronic, physical, and procedural safeguards in effect to your protect personal information. We limit access of your personal information to VisionRise Industries employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide services to you or to do their jobs.

Children

It is our strict company policy to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protections Act of 1998. This include all other applicable laws. Therefore, we restrict our website to persons 18 years or older.

Bulletin Boards

Please remember that the information you post on our Bulletin Boards is accessible to the general public. This may included your e-mail addresses unless you otherwise specify when you set up your Bulletin Board account.
