In this agreement, the words "you" and "your" refer to Buyer, Client, or Customer as applicable and "we," "us," and "our," refer to Company. By contacting us and/or making a purchase, you are admitting to, and accepting, the following terms and conditions:

Customer Eligibility
You agree that you are 18 years of age or older. You agree that you can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. We do not permit use of our products by residents (a) of any jurisdiction that may prohibit our products or (b) of any country  prohibited by regulation, law, administrative act or treaty from entering into trade relations with the United States or its citizens.

Many of our products use methods and technology proven by credible institutions to kill contaminants in the air, water, and on surfaces. At the same time, our products are not medical devices and they are not endorsed by any medical agency. We make no claims that our products can cure, prevent, or treat any medical conditions. If you have an illness or have concerns about an illness, you should consult with your doctor for medical advice and treatment.

Payment And Contact Information
By contacting us or purchasing any of our products, you agree that the payment and contact information you give us is accurate. You agree that you have sole authorization of the payment method that you use; that no one can deny the payment at a later date. Refund/Return Policy
If for any reason, you don’t feel any one of our products meets your needs, you can send it back to us for a full refund within 30-days of your purchase. Just follow the steps in the return/refund instructions provided with your product. See more about Returns & Exchanges

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, you change your mind after ordering one of our products, please contact us immediately to initiate a cancellation of your order. We will stop shipment of your product and refund the full amount of your purchase. See more about Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Policy
Shipping is free for all of our products shipped within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship all products within 2 business days upon receipt of your order. All shipments are made by either UPS or USPS, and normally take 3-5 days to arrive depending on your specific location. Arrival time of your product could be delayed by major US holidays, severe weather conditions, and national emergencies. Most of our customers are in the United States. If you are not in the United States and would like to inquire about, or purchase, one of our products, please contact us before placing an order. Fraud And Collections
By contacting us and using our products, you understand that VisionRise Industries pursues prosecution of credit card fraud and identity fraud to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Dishonored Check Charges
Where permitted by law, you agree to pay a $25.00 fee, plus other applicable, legally permitted fees and charges for any returned check. Buyer will be held responsible for all other costs and expenses incurred in connection with collection of returned checks.

Exclusive Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire and exclusive agreement between the parties and cancels and supersedes all prior promises, representations, understandings and/or agreements relating to this purchase.

Right To Amend
We (the company) reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at our discretion by posting the amended terms on our website. We also reserve the right to change our prices, arrangements, and products at any time. You agree that use or continued use of our website or service after an amendment shall signify your acceptance of such a change. This agreement may not otherwise be changed unless in writing and signed by both the company and client.

Miscellaneous
The provisions of this agreement are severable, and if any provision is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions and any partially enforceable provision shall nevertheless be enforceable unless otherwise prohibited by state law.
